Sweaty Feet

Sweat glands are most densely populated in the feet and hands. As such, sweaty feet is a common disorder wherein the sweat glands in the feet produce excessive sweating. This excessive sweating can lead to bacterial infections and foul odor. People with overactive sweat glands in the feet typically come by the phenomenon due to genetic predisposition.

“It is common to have sweaty feet at times, but excessive sweating can be an indication of a condition called hyperhidrosis. Sweaty feet can also lead to other health issues, such as foot odor, athlete’s foot, and toenail fungus.”
